Ashley Yuval

Ashley Yuval is a Law Clerk and Licensed Paralegal at Lighthouse Family Law. Ashley graduated from the Accelerated Paralegal Program at Seneca College, with Honours. Prior to the paralegal program she also graduated from the Social Service Worker diploma program, Police Foundations program and received her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University. Ashley is looking forward to enrolling in the Family Law Service Provider program in January 2025.

 

Ashley enjoys assisting on family law matters in her capacity as a law clerk. She is passionate about helping family law clients deal with the difficult challenges that arise. Ashley is particularly adept at assisting in the preparation of financial statements and helping clients sort through what can often be an arduous disclosure process. In addition, Ashley is an excellent advocate for clients within her scope of practice, specifically in Landlord and Tenant matters and Small Claims Court matters.

 

In her spare time, she is a committee member with Miles for Smiles, a not-for-profit organization that supports people who have been diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). Miles for Smiles also hosts an annual fundraiser, where the proceeds go to the BARLO MS Centre’s research at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. This past year, Miles for Smiles raised $80,000! When she isn’t working or volunteering her time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her blended family, which consists of her two biological children, partner and three stepchildren. Ashley is fluent in Hebrew.
