Danielle Pazdzior
ARTICLING STUDENT | B.SC. (HONS.) | J.D.
Danielle is an articling student at Lighthouse Family Law, working towards her legal license under the guidance of the firm’s exceptional team. Her interest in family law stems from years of working with children and a strong appreciation for the role family dynamics play in healthy development. Her goal is to build a practice that supports families through difficult transitions while helping them preserve what matters most: their relationships.
Before obtaining her JD from the University of Ottawa, Danielle completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster University, exploring her interests in biology, health, psychology, and environmental sciences, and gaining hands-on experience through co-op roles in government, teaching, and health services. Her science background reflects her curiosity about the world and commitment to supporting people’s well-being. In law school, she built on this foundation completing internships in mental health law and medical assistance in dying, as well as a summer at the Children’s Aid Society working with emotionally complex cases, all while developing her legal skillset.
A highlight of Danielle’s law school experience was performing in FTX Productions’ musicals, including Legally Blonde and The Addams Family, where she put her dance and makeup skills to good use. Danielle is fluent in Polish and French. Outside of work she enjoys playing soccer, thrifting, and hopes to call herself an avid gardener one day.
