Claudia Barrientos Battista

Claudia is a Law Clerk at Lighthouse Family Law LLP. She graduated from Seneca College with a Law Clerk Diploma and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. Claudia has several years of experience in family law and has also worked in fertility and assisted human reproduction law, giving her experience supporting clients through a wide range of complex and deeply personal legal matters.

Claudia understands that family law matters often come at some of the most challenging and uncertain moments in a person’s life. She strives to bring empathy, patience and a practical approach to her work, helping clients feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia particularly values working with people from diverse backgrounds and making the legal process feel a little less overwhelming.

Outside of the office, Claudia enjoys painting and printmaking, reading about history, and spending time with her family exploring nature.
